Steamed vegetables with bagna càuda sauce

JAPONAIS rice steamer

<INGREDIENTS>
Pumpkin…1/8 piece
Potato…1 piece
Onion…1/4 piece
Celery…1/3 piece
Green bell pepper…2 piece
Yellow bell pepper…1/4 piece
Mini tomato…2 piece
bagna càuda sauce
Anchovy…3piece
Olive oil…42cc
A/
Salt…2.5g
Red pepper…1/2
Pepper…little
Grated garlic…1piece

<HOW TO COOK>
1. Chop vegetables into one bite size. Put pumpkins, potatoes and onions in the cooker, then cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.

2. Add the celeries, bell peppers, paprika and mini tomatoes into above 1, cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven again and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.

Making the sauce.
3-1. Put minced anchovy and above A (mixture) into another container and mix all well. Heat it for 30 seconds at 600W.

3-2. Add some olive oil in 3-1 and mix it well. You can also add some lemon juice.

4. Dip the steamed vegetables with the sauce and enjoy it!
