Steamed shellfish in white wine

JAPONAIS rice cooker

<INGREDIENTS>
Shellfish which you like (after removing sand) …300g
Minced parsley…little
Lemon…little
A/
*Sliced garlic…a half clove
*Butter…20g
*White wine…65cc
*Water…65cc

<HOW TO COOK>
1.
Clean the shellfish and remove the dirt. Dry the shells lightly. Put the shells with above A into the cooker.

2. Cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven. Heat it about 3 minutes at 600W.

3. After heating, check whether the shells are open or not. If not, heat it more. (if your microwave oven is not 600W, please refer to P53, eg. at 700W, heat 2 and half minutes.)

4. Place some parsley and lemon on the top. Let’s enjoy it!
