JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS for 2 persons>
Pumpkin…400g
Milk…200cc
Water…100cc or 200cc (it depends on your preference)
Granulated soup stock…6g
Salt…5g
Pepper…little
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Dissolve the soup stock in water 100cc or 200cc.
2. Peel and Cut pumpkins into 1.5cm pieces. Put them to your cooker and then cover it by the lid.
3. Put to the microwave oven and heat for 5 minutes by 600 watt.
4. Then mash the pumpkin well in your cooker.
5. Add milk, water with the soup stock, salt and pepper to your cooker.
6. Mix well and cover it by the lid. Put to the microwave oven and heat for 5 minutes by 600 watt.
7. Put parsley or crouton. Let’s eat!
