JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS>
Bream…1 piece (cut into 2 pieces)
Flour…little
Shrimp with shell (remove a sand vein)…6 pieces
Clam(after removing sand)…8 pieces
rosemary…little
olive oil…14cc
A/
*celery…1/2
*sliced onion…1/8
*sliced garlic…1 piece
*white wine…30cc
B/
*canned tomato…100cc
*water…200cc
*granulated soup stock…3g
*salt…little
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Coat the breams with the flour.
2. Put above A into the cooker and mix it lightly. Then cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 2 minutes at 600W.
3. Put the breams (above 1), shrimps, clams and rosemary into the cooker ( above 2) and add some olive oil, then mix all lightly. Cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.
4. Add above B to the cooker (above 3) and mix it together. Cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven again and heat it for 5 minutes at 600W.
5. After 4, wait for 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy your dish!
