ACQUA PAZZA  - easy steamed fish -

<STEAMER>
Round LL steamer

<INGREDIENTS>
Perch…1 piece
Tomato…1 piece
Onion…1 piece
Red bell pepper…little
Yellow bell pepper…little
Celery…1/2 piece
Laurel…1 piece
Butter…8 g
A/ (Mix the below well)
White wine…150 cc
Olive oil…50 cc
Soup stock…5 g
Garlic…1 clove
Salt…5 g
Pepper…little
Dried basil…little

<HOW TO COOK>
1. Remove the visceras and scales. Cut a little bit and sprinkle salt on fish. And then put it into a steamer.

2.  Chop vegetables into one bite size. Put vegetables, laurel and above mixed A on fish.  Put the lid and heat it about 5 minutes at 600W.

3.  Replace the right and the left side position of the steamer. Heat it about 5 minutes at 600W.

4.  Add the butter and  heat it about 1 minutes at 600W.

5.  After cooking, leave it for 3 minutes.

6.  Place some dried basil on the top.
