ACQUA PAZZA - easy steamed fish -
<STEAMER>
Round LL steamer
<INGREDIENTS>
Perch…1 piece
Tomato…1 piece
Onion…1 piece
Red bell pepper…little
Yellow bell pepper…little
Celery…1/2 piece
Laurel…1 piece
Butter…8 g
A/ (Mix the below well)
White wine…150 cc
Olive oil…50 cc
Soup stock…5 g
Garlic…1 clove
Salt…5 g
Pepper…little
Dried basil…little
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Remove the visceras and scales. Cut a little bit and sprinkle salt on fish. And then put it into a steamer.
2. Chop vegetables into one bite size. Put vegetables, laurel and above mixed A on fish. Put the lid and heat it about 5 minutes at 600W.
3. Replace the right and the left side position of the steamer. Heat it about 5 minutes at 600W.
4. Add the butter and heat it about 1 minutes at 600W.
5. After cooking, leave it for 3 minutes.
6. Place some dried basil on the top.
Pumpkin Potage
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS for 2 persons>
Pumpkin…400g
Milk…200cc
Water…100cc or 200cc (it depends on your preference)
Granulated soup stock…6g
Salt…5g
Pepper…little
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Dissolve the soup stock in water 100cc or 200cc.
2. Peel and Cut pumpkins into 1.5cm pieces. Put them to your cooker and then cover it by the lid.
3. Put to the microwave oven and heat for 5 minutes by 600 watt.
4. Then mash the pumpkin well in your cooker.
5. Add milk, water with the soup stock, salt and pepper to your cooker.
6. Mix well and cover it by the lid. Put to the microwave oven and heat for 5 minutes by 600 watt.
7. Put parsley or crouton. Let’s eat!
Boiled rice
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS for 2 persons>
Japanese Rice…150g
Water…200cc
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Wash the rice and put it and water(500cc) in the cooker. Keep it for 30-60 minutes.
2. Put the rice on the colander to drain water. Put the rice and the 200cc water in the cooker. Cover both inside and outside lids.
3. Then put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 9 minutes at 600W.
4. After cooking, leave it for 15 minutes. DO NOT mix the rice before 15 minutes.
If your microwave oven is not 600W, please refer to P53.
If you want to cook for 4 persons, the ingredients are Japanese rice 300g and the water 380cc. Heat it for 11 minutes at 600W.
Steamed shellfish in white wine
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice cooker
<INGREDIENTS>
Shellfish which you like (after removing sand) …300g
Minced parsley…little
Lemon…little
A/
*Sliced garlic…a half clove
*Butter…20g
*White wine…65cc
*Water…65cc
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Clean the shellfish and remove the dirt. Dry the shells lightly. Put the shells with above A into the cooker.
2. Cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven. Heat it about 3 minutes at 600W.
3. After heating, check whether the shells are open or not. If not, heat it more. (if your microwave oven is not 600W, please refer to P53, eg. at 700W, heat 2 and half minutes.)
4. Place some parsley and lemon on the top. Let’s enjoy it!
Steamed vegetables with bagna càuda sauce
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS>
Pumpkin…1/8 piece
Potato…1 piece
Onion…1/4 piece
Celery…1/3 piece
Green bell pepper…2 piece
Yellow bell pepper…1/4 piece
Mini tomato…2 piece
≪bagna càuda sauce≫
Anchovy…3piece
Olive oil…42cc
A/
Salt…2.5g
Red pepper…1/2
Pepper…little
Grated garlic…1piece
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Chop vegetables into one bite size. Put pumpkins, potatoes and onions in the cooker, then cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.
2. Add the celeries, bell peppers, paprika and mini tomatoes into above 1, cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven again and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.
Making the sauce.
3-1. Put minced anchovy and above A (mixture) into another container and mix all well. Heat it for 30 seconds at 600W.
3-2. Add some olive oil in 3-1 and mix it well. You can also add some lemon juice.
4. Dip the steamed vegetables with the sauce and enjoy it!

Seafood Paella
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS>
Saffron…little
White wine…50cc
Japanese Rice…150g
Laurel…1piece
Olive oil…14cc
Lemon…1/4piecez
Minced parsley…little
A/
*Water…150cc
*Granulated soup stock…6g
*Salt…little
*Pepper…little
B/
*Shrimp (remove a sand vein)…4 piece
*Scallop (cut into 2 pieces)…4 piece
*Cuttlefish (cut into bite-size pieces)…1/4 piece
*Clam (after removing sand)…4 piece
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Put the saffron into the white wine for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the rice and put the rice on the colander to drain it.
3. Mix above A, laurel leaf with rice in the cooker. Keep it for 30 minutes.
4. Put above 1, above B (the mixture) and above 3 in the cooker. Cover both inside and outside lids.
5. Then put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 10 minutes at 600W.
6. Add some olive oil in 4 and mix all lightly. Only cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the micro oven again. Heat it for 1 minute at 600W.
7. After cooking, leave it for 15 minutes. DO NOT mix the rice before 15 minutes.
8. Place some parsley and lemon on the top. Let’s eat!

Bouillabaisse made by microwave oven
<STEAMER>
JAPONAIS rice steamer
<INGREDIENTS>
Bream…1 piece (cut into 2 pieces)
Flour…little
Shrimp with shell (remove a sand vein)…6 pieces
Clam(after removing sand)…8 pieces
rosemary…little
olive oil…14cc
A/
*celery…1/2
*sliced onion…1/8
*sliced garlic…1 piece
*white wine…30cc
B/
*canned tomato…100cc
*water…200cc
*granulated soup stock…3g
*salt…little
<HOW TO COOK>
1. Coat the breams with the flour.
2. Put above A into the cooker and mix it lightly. Then cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 2 minutes at 600W.
3. Put the breams (above 1), shrimps, clams and rosemary into the cooker ( above 2) and add some olive oil, then mix all lightly. Cover the outside lid. Put the cooker into the microwave oven and heat it for 3 minutes at 600W.
4. Add above B to the cooker (above 3) and mix it together. Cover the outside lid and put the cooker into the microwave oven again and heat it for 5 minutes at 600W.
5. After 4, wait for 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy your dish!

How to use the JAPONAIS rice cooker
If you cook the rice, you should to put the inside lid.
Put the inside lid into this hole.
After that, please confirm the lid is fixed or not.
